COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOT 2, ARBOR PARK SUBDIVISION FROM RMH -
RESIDENTIAL MULTI -FAMILY HIGH DENSITY DISTRICT TO RM - RESIDENTIAL
MEDIUM DENSITY DISTRICT; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE
SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF
THIS ORDINANCE IN PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to
change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from RMH -
Residential Multi -Family High Density District to RM - Residential Medium Density District for
Lot 2, Arbor Park Subdivision.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
