Dear Property Owner:
This is a courtesy reminder that the Blair Municipal Code requires property owners or occupants
to remove snow, sleet or ice from sidewalks within five (5)hours after a storm ends, except if the
storm ends after 9 pm, in which case,the person has until 10 AM the following day to clear the
sidewalks.
If the snow, sleet or ice is not removed within twelve(12)hours after cessation of a storm,the City
may have the sidewalks cleaned at the property owner's expense. An additional administrative fee
of$50 will be added to the fees.
I have enclosed a copy of the City's snow ordinance.
