Thank you for your willingness to work with the City in rehabbing the house at 2106 Davis Street in
Blair. I have enclosed the May 21, 2015, letter from Phil Green outlining the main requirements.
As we discussed in our phone conversation today, a written plan from you structural engineer will
be required so the City know what to inspect when it come time for the home's certificate of
occupancy
Your structural engineer can also draw up plans for the new wood deck and stairs
When your termite contractor develops a plan for the home, please forward a copy to us.
Finally, thank you for promising to register with the City as a general contractor on this project.
