This letter is to inform you that an inspection is required for the above referenced
permit, but access to the work area is required.
The International Building Code, Section 110.5, and the International Residential
Code, Section R109.3, indicate that it is the duty of the permit holder to provide
access to and means for inspections of such work that are required by the code.
Therefore, please arrange as soon as possible for access to the work area and
contact Howard Wolfe, Blair Building Inspector, at 402.426.4191 to schedule the
required inspection.
Please keep in mind that the project should not be used until after the final
inspection has passed.
