I have issued an address for Lot 9 on Mathiesen Drive. The address is based on the driveway location.The driveway has
not been established. So, I went by their plot plan. I hope they do not change the location of the drive!The property is
still in Gary and Jo's names. I will not be sending notification letters out until the property changes names. The letters
go out to School Dist., Fire, USPS, Utilities,911 Dispatch,Assessor and Election Office. When the house is completed the
address sign will be posted at the end of their driveway. It is helpful if your office would contact me at the time of
completion. Occasionally, I will send a list requesting a construction status update to see if we missed one. j
