Dear Property Owner:
On 9/8/2015 the undersigned Code Officials of the City of Blair, Nebraska, determined that the
building or structure on the above described property was in violation of the 2009 International
Property Maintenance Code, as adopted by the City of Blair, Nebraska.
The following General Violations were found. More specific information can be found in the i
enclosed Property Maintenance Report:
Cracked foundation broken windows electrical hazards general disrepair, damaged roof and
exterior walls in need of repair, replacement and/or painting.
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Code Officials of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the
owner(s) of record of the above described property, as shown by the real estate records of
Washington County, being:

must, on or before Jan. 11, 2016, repair and correct the Violations listed in the enclosed Property
Maintenance Report in order to correct the conditions which make the building or structure in
violation of the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code.
Prior to performing any repairs, check with the City of Blair Building Department at 402.426.4191
regarding any required building permits. Please call for a reinspection when all Violations have
been corrected.

Failure to correct all Violations on or before Jan. 11, 2016, will result in this matter being turned
over to the city attorney.

Notice of Right to Appeal
If you believe this Repair Order was prepared in error or the Violations listed in the enclosed
Property Maintenance Report do not accurately reflect the current conditions of the building or
structure, a hearing may be requested before the City Administrator or his designated agent to
give testimony and show cause why this Repair Order should not be issued against the building or
structure listed above.
