The following General Violations were found. More specific information can be found in the i enclosed Property Maintenance Report: Cracked foundation broken windows electrical hazards general disrepair, damaged roof and exterior walls in need of repair, replacement and/or painting. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED by the Code Officials of the City of Blair, Nebraska, that the owner(s) of record of the above described property, as shown by the real estate records of Washington County, being: KIMBERLY K SWANSON 13564 HWY 91 BLAIR, NE 68008 must, on or before Jan. 11, 2016, repair and correct the Violations listed in the enclosed Property Maintenance Report in order to correct the conditions which make the building or structure in violation of the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code. Prior to performing any repairs, check with the City of Blair Building Department at 402.426.4191 regarding any required building permits. Please call for a reinspection when all Violations have been corrected.
