ICE PROTECTION INSTALLED:An ice baffler that consists of at least two layers of
underlaymeni or of a self-adhering polymer modified bitumen sheet was installed and
extends at least from the eave's edge to a point at least 24 inches inside the exterior
wall line of the building. (11905.2.7.1)
STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS ARE SOUND:The structural roof components are
capable of supporting the roof covering system and the material and equipment loads
