Dear Property Owner:
This is a courtesy letter to notify you that we have received a complaint regarding re-siding
without and issued permit; no permit for hail-damaged roof repairs; on your property located at
the above address. This is a violation of the following municipal codes:
Code Description
09-104 BUILDING INSPECTOR; BUILDING PERMITS. It shall be unlawful to commence or
to proceed with the erection, construction, reconstruction, conversion, alteration,
enlargement, or extension of the exterior of any building or any part thereof, or to
move or raze any building or structure without first having applied in writing to the
Municipal Clerk and being issued a building permit to do so.
Five (5) days after the date of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to
assure the violation has been corrected / removed. If, following the inspection, it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to correct / remove the violation
within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per city code.
