The Inspection for the above referenced permit has failed for the reason(s) shown
on the enclosed inspection report.
Please correct these deficiencies within 30 days and contact the Building
Department at 402.426.4191 to schedule a follow -up inspection. If you have
questions about the validity of these deficiencies, we will schedule an onsite
appointment with an inspector. Failure to appear at a scheduled inspection will
result in a $50.00 reinspection fee.
If you do not contact our office within 30 days to schedule a follow -up inspection, we
will turn this issue over to the City of Blair Licensing Board and City Attorney to
consider suspending your contractor registration.
