Formal Letter ZV-2015-0006.tif y C -1 1n , OF BLAI i SENT: September 1, 2015 ERIC YOUNG 890 S. 25TH ST BLAIR, NE 68008 Re: 890 S. 25 Street Dear Mr. Young: This is a formal notice regarding Zoning Case ZV- 2015 -0006 concerning the non - conforming structure (the shed in your front yard) on your property listed above This is a violation of zoning regulation 702.8 (5): YARD REQUIREMENTS FOR ACCESSORY BUILDINGS, which states, in part, that no accessory structure can be located in the front yard or side yard. On Aug. 7, 2015, you met with Phil Green, assistant city administrator, and I, and said you would remedy the violation within two weeks. It has now been three week as of the morning of Sept. 1, 2015, and the shed is still in i violation. Please be advised you have seven (7) days from the date of this letter to remedy the violation or to contact City Hall to request to discuss the vilolation.
