Dear Property Owner:
This is a courtesy letter to notify you that we have received a complaint regarding the flat -bed
trailer which is partially blocking the alleyway on your property located at the above address.
This is a violation of the following municipal codes:

Code Description
05 -405 PARKING; ALLEYS. No vehicle shall be parked in any alley, except for the purpose
of loading or unloading during the time necessary to load or unload, which shall not
exceed the maximum limit of one half (1/2) hour. Every vehicle while loading or
unloading in any alley shall be parked in such manner as will cause the least
obstruction possible to traffic in such alley.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to
assure the violation has been corrected / removed. If, following the inspection, it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to correct / remove the violation
within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per city code. If an extension is needed for
additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
