Courtesy Letter CE-2014-0067.tif CITY Of MAIQ August 13, 2015 JACKIE LUDWIG 839 N 25TH AVE BLAIR, NE 68008 Dear Property Owner: This is a courtesy letter to notify you that we have received a complaint regarding tall weeds and grass on your property located at the above address (please review the photos).This is a violation of the following municipal codes: i Code Description 04 -506 NUISANCES; WEEDS, GRASSES, AND WORTHLESS VEGETATION; LITTER. In addition to the definitions as provided in Sections 4 -501 to 4 -505 inclusive, a nuisance is hereby declared to be and defined as permitting, allowing, or maintaining any growth of twelve inches or more in height of weeds, grasses, or worthless vegetation, or to litter or cause litter to be deposited or remain on any premises in the municipality except in proper receptacles. Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, the above property will be inspected to assure the violation has been corrected / removed. If, following the inspection, it is determined that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to correct / remove the violation within five (5) days of the date of the formal notice as per city code. If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
