Dear Property Owner:
The City of Blair enforces the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code, This is a
courtesy notice informing you the City has received a complaint that your property,
known as 1353 Colfax St, may be in violation of the City's property maintenance code
due to the following reasons: Cracked foundation, broken windows, electrical hazard
and general disrepair.
In order for the Building Inspector to make a formal evaluation of the property, please
schedule a property maintenance inspection by 8/17/2015. This inspection will
include the interior and exterior of all existing structures. After the inspection, you will
receive a letter outlining the violations are found, the city will issue you a letter to that
effect. If no inspection has been scheduled by 8/17/15 I will be forced to obtain a Court
Order for the inspection.
