PROPERTY MAINTENANCE CODE
The City of Blair, Nebraska hereby declares the property located at 1331 Colfax Street and
legally described as:
LOT 3 & PT of VAC ST BLK 73, Blair City, Washington County, Nebraska
is in violation of the City of Blair's Property Maintenance Code to properly repair, alter, remove
or demolish the unsafe accessory structure located on the property.
ANY OWNER OR PERSPECTIVE PURCHASER OF THIS PROPERTY SHALL BE ON NOTICE OF THIS
VIOLATION AND THAT IT MAY CONCERN A LIFE SAFETY ISSUE FOR THE REAL ESTATE IN
