Dear Property Owner:
The City of Blair enforces the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code. This is a
courtesy notice informing you the City has received a complaint that your property,
known as 1290 S 131th Ave, is in violation of the City's property maintenance code due
to the following reasons: Water is being directed onto neighbor's yard directly east
(1303 Maple Drive) creating erosion problems (please see enclosed photos).
This is a violation of the property maintenance code which states:
507.1 General. "Drainage of roofs and paved areas, yards and courts and other open
areas on the premises shall not be discharged in a manner that creates a public
nuisance ".
While water flowing downhill onto a neighbor's property is permissible,but, the pop -up
drain emitter(s) and corrugated drain outlet at the property edge that is directing water
onto your neighbor's property is not. Please move the outlets to the inside your property
three feet or more to allow the water to disperse before flowing onto your neighbor's
property.
Please make the appropriate modifications within fourteen (14) days. If you need more

take place on /or about Aug. 10 ", 2015.
