Dear Property Owner:
The City of Blair enforces the 2009 International Property Maintenance Code. This is a
courtesy notice informing you the City has received a complaint that your property,
known as Apartment 33, 701 S 13th St, may be in violation of the City's property
maintenance code due to the following reasons: Mold in the bathroom on the drywall.
In order for the Building Inspector to make a formal evaluation of the property, please
schedule a property maintenance inspection by 8/12/2015. This inspection will include
the interior and exterior of all existing structures. After the inspection, you will receive a
letter outlining the violations that need to be corrected and a deadline for having them
corrected. If no violations are found, the city will issue you a letter to that effect.

426 -4191, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Your prompt
attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
