Dear Property Owner:
This is a second notice informing you the City of Blair has received a complaint that your property known as
1353 Colfax St may be in violation of the City's property maintenance code. The City enforces the 2009
International Property Maintenance Code.
Three (3) days after receipt of this "courtesy" notice, on /or about July 27 2015, the above property will be
inspected to assure the violation has been corrected / removed. If, following the inspection, it is determined
that the violation still exists, you will receive a formal notice to correct / remove the violation within five (5) days
of the date of the formal notice as per city code. If an extension is needed for additional time to comply with this
request, please contact City Hall at (402) 426 -4191.
