RE: Building Permit
Dear Mr. Gerke:
On May 7, 2008 you took out a building permit for the construction of a retaining wall at 1939
Pleasant Valley Blvd.
City Building Permit procedures outline, that if there is no construction on a permit for 180 days
the permit shall become void.
Since it has been well over 180 days since there has been any construction activity, please furnish
me, by May 8, 2009, with a status of the project and an explanation of why we should not terminate
the permit.
We have had numerous complaints on the condition of the site. Ranging from safety, dust, erosion,
weeds and etc. Please include how you intend to resolve these issues.
