extends at least from the eave's edg to a point at lea 24 inches inside the exterior

of the reasons required by section 8907.3
DID NOT USE RUSTEZ METAL OR FLASHING .Existing vent flashing, metal edges,
drain outlets, collars or metal counter-flashing were not reinstalled if rusted. (R907.6)
FLASHING INSTALLED PROPERLY: Flashing shall be reconstructed in accordance
with approved manufacturer's installation instructions. Metal flashing to which
bituminous materials are to be adhered shall be primed priorto installation.- (R907.6)
