on the enclosed inspection report.
Please correct these deficiencies within 30 days and contact the Building
Department at 402.426.4191 to schedule a follow -up inspection. If you have j
questions about the validity of these deficiencies, we will schedule an onsite j
appointment with an inspector. Failure to appear at a scheduled inspection will
result in a $50.00 reinspection fee.
If you do not contact our office within 30 days to schedule a follow -up inspection, we
will turn this issue over to the City of Blair Licensing Board and City Attorney to
consider suspending your contractor registration.
