I represent Wade Hanes regarding his roof that was done by Black Bison. On March 20, 2015 the

city of Blair inspected the roof and the roof failed because the decking had not been inspected or
replaced. In speaking with the inspector, it's clear that the felt cover was not removed to inspect the
decking when the roof was re- shingled.
Mr. Hanes has paid a total of $8,750 to Black Bison. He is willing to let Black Bison continue to
make the necessary, repairs provided that they are done promptly. His insurance company, State
Farm, did indicate that there were additional funds available for the decking provided that
information is supplied to Mr. "Hanes and sent to the insurance company.
Please call to indicate your willingness to complete the project and when the project can be expected
to be completed. Thank you for your attention this matter.
