COUNCIL MEMBER KEPHART INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE:
AN ORDINANCE REZONING LOTS 8 -15, AND N ' / 2 LOTS 16 -18, BLOCK 56, BLAIR
CITY, WASHINTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM RMH (MULTI- FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY) TO CCB (CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT);
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE
AND EFFECT AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION OF THIS ORDINANCE IN
PAMPHLET FORM.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA.
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to
change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from RMH —
Multi - Family Residential High Density to CCB — Central Business District. See map marked
Exhibit "A" attached thereto and duly included herein by reference.
SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair
that the official zoning snaps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as
established hereby.
SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the
passage and publication hereof as required by law.
