ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 901.04 OF THE COMPREHENSIVE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA TO ALLOW, AS A CONDITIONAL USE,
BEER, WINE, AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE ESTABLISHMENTS, ON AND OFF SALE;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR,
NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 901.04 of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Blair,
Nebraska is hereby amended as follows, to -wit:
"901.04 EXCEPTIONS: After the provisions ofthis Ordinance relatingto exceptions
have been fulfilled, the City Council may permit the following conditional uses as
exceptions in the A/ML Agricultural/Industrial and Manufacturing District in
accordance with Article 14 of this Ordinance:
(1) Antennas and transmitting structures.
(2) Rental and Leasing Establishments, Outside and Inside Storage.
(3) Golf driving ranges, golf courses, miniature golf courses and bowling alleys.
(4) Beer, Wine, and Alcoholic Beverage Establishments, on and off sale.
(5) Other uses which are similar to the permitted principal uses and which are in
harmony with the intent of this district."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage
and publication hereof as required by law.

NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Blair Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, October 3, 2000, at 7:00 p.m. in the Blair City
Council Chambers, 218 S. 16th St., Blair to consider an Ordinance
amending Section 901A/ML Agricultural/Industrial Zones of the Ordinance
No. 1798 to allow Beer, Wine and Alcoholic beverage establishments, on &
off sale as an Conditional Use. The Mayor and City Council will also hold a
separate public hearing on this Ordinance on Tuesday, October 10, 2000,
at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chambers. All interested parties will
be given the opportunity to be heard.
