Re: Country Estates Mobile Home Park's Application for Zoning Amendment
Dear Ms. Diedrichsen:
Pursuant to a recent conversation with Rod Storm, let this serve as formal notice that Country
Estates Mobile Home Park respectfully withdraws its application requesting an amendment to the
agricultural district zoning regulations forwarded to the City of Blair on or about April 17, 1998.
Specifically, Country Estates no longer desires a amendment to the Section 501.02 to add "Mobile
Home Parks" as a "permitted principal use" to the General Agricultural District.
Instead, Country Estates simply desires the amendment proposed for consideration by the
planning commission staff, specifically the amendment of Section 501.04 in the General Agricultural
District to add "Mobile Home Parks" as an "exception" allowing the use by approval of a conditional
or special use permit.

NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Blair Planning Commission will hold a
public hearing on Tuesday, May 5, 1998, at 7:00 p.m. in the Blair City Council
Chambers, 218 S. 16th St., Blair to consider an Ordinance amending the
Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of Blair, Nebraska, by
amending Section 501.02 in the General Agricultural District (AGG) to add
"Mobile Home Parks" as a permitted principal use and structure or to amend
Section 501.04 in the General Agricultural District (AGG) to add "Mobile
Home Parks" as an exception allowing the use by approval of a conditional
use permit. The Mayor and City Council will also hear a separate public
hearing on this Ordinance on Tuesday, May 12, 1998, at 7:00 o'clock P.M. in
the City Council Chambers. All interested parties will be given the
opportunity to be heard.
