Dear Property Owner,
The Inspection for the above referenced permit has failed for the reason(s) shown
on the enclosed inspection report.
The contractor has been notified of these deficiencies, instructed to correct them as
soon as weather permits and to contact the Building Department for a follow -up
inspection.
The contractor has also been informed that if a follow -up inspection is not scheduled
with our office by April 30, 2015, this issue will be turned over to the City of Blair i-
Licensing Board and City Attorney to consider suspending the contractor's
registration.
