RESOLUTION NO. 2015-8
COUNCILMEMBER WOLFF INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Mayor and City Council hereby find and determine: That pursuant to
a resolution adopted by the Mayor and City Council on January 13, 2015 (the "Original
Resolution "), the City provided assessment schedules (the "Original Schedules ") relating to the
improvements made in Gap Paving Project #193 — Sheridan Street (the "Project "), and that the
Mayor and City Council hereby finds and determines that it is advisable and necessary for the
City to amend the Original Resolution as provided herein.
SECTION 2. The Original Resolution is hereby amended to replace the Original
Schedules with the attached schedules that correctly set forth the assessments for the
improvements of the Project.
SECTION 3. The Original Resolution, as amended hereby, is hereby ratified and
confirmed in all respects.
SECTION 4. This resolution shall be in force and take effect from and after its adoption as
provided by law.
COUNCIL MEMBER WOLFF MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS
READ, WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER JENSEN.
UPON ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, WILLIS, WOLFF,
ANDERSEN AND JENSEN VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE VOTING
"NAY ", THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION PASSED AND
APPROVED THIS 24 DAY OF FEBRUARY, 2015.
