This Easement granted on October ~~~ ~' , 2000, by RUTH J. THOMPSOI~y.~r~i~~fter
referred to as "Grantor".
Whereas, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate, to-wit:
Lot 28, Block 38, City of Blair, Washington County,
Nebraska.
Whereas, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Blair, Nebraska
("Blair") an easement and license to repair, replace, restore, rehang and install or re-install a line
of decor~ti~.~e lightinL near the roof top of the Grantor's building: provided, however, no persons
or equipment shall be allowed on the roof of the building.
Grantee, its agents, employees or representatives shall have the full and free right and
access to the exterior of the Grantor's building, including the roof top to perform the services and
activities contemplated by this Easement.
This Easement and license shall be perpetual in nature and shall run with the land.
