This Easement granted on October ? , 2000, by
hereinafter referred to as "Grantor".
Whereas, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate, tawit:
l,ot S, dock 37, City of flair, ln/ashington County, Nebraska.
Whereas, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey unto the City of flair,
Nebraska ("lair") an easement and license to repair, replace, restore, rehang and
install or re-install a line of decorative lighting near the roof top of the Grantor's building.
Grantee, its agents, employees or representatives shall have the full and free
right and access to the exteriar of the Granter's building, including the reef top to
perfarm the services and activities contemplated by this Easement.
This Easement and license shall be perpetual in nature and shall run with the
