This Easement granted on November ® , 2000, by

hereinafter referred to as "Grantor".
Whereas, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate, to-wit:
Tax Lot 496 Township 18 North, Range 11 East.~City~of Blair, Washington
County, Nebraska. `~
Whereas, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Blair,
Nebraska ("Blair") an easement and license to repair, replace, restore, rehang and
install or re-install a line of decorative lighting near the roof top of the Grantor's building.
Grantee, its agents, employees or representatives shall have the full and free
right and access to the exterior of the Grantor's building, including the roof top to
perform the services and activities contemplated by this Easement.
This Easement and license shall be perpetual in nature and shall run with the
land.
