o Remove and Replace Existing Roofing Except for Ballasted EPDM sections, Flashing and Parapet
Caps — Assumes to reuse of all existing roof insulation with no additional or damage. Leave the
existing sections with Ballasted EPDM as is until tested by third party. If damaged is determined
then it will be added back to the SOW via a Change Order.
