COUNCIL MEMBER HALL INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING RESOLUTION:
WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council have been presented with a mowing proposal
from Superior Green, Fort Calhoun, Nebraska; and
WHEREAS, said proposal for mowing services is acceptable to the City of Blair.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said mowing proposal from Superior Green,
is hereby accepted and approved by the municipality for a three (3) year extension (2015 -2017) of
the current mowing contract with Superior Green and the Mayor and City Clerk of the City of Blair
are hereby authorized and directed to execute an agreement on behalf of the municipality.
COUNCIL MEMBER HALL MOVED THAT THE RESOLUTION BE ADOPTED AS READ,
WHICH SAID MOTION WAS SECONDED BY COUNCIL MEMBER SHEPARD. UPON
ROLL CALL, COUNCIL MEMBERS SHEPARD, STEWART, KEPHART, RYAN,
CHRISTIANSEN, JENSEN, HALL AND ANDERSEN VOTING "AYE" AND COUNCIL
MEMBERS NONE VOTING "NAY', THE MAYOR DECLARED THE FOREGOING
RESOLUTION PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 25TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2014.
