2265ORDINANCE NO. 2265 COUNCIL MEMBER HALL INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDINANCE: AN ORDINANCE REZONING N54' LOTS 1 -3, N54'E20' LOT 4, S46' LOTS 1 -4 AND PART OF VACATED STREET, BLOCK 15, WASHINTON COUNTY, NEBRASKA FROM RMH (MULTI - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL HIGH DENSITY) TO A/ML (AGRICULTURAL /LIGHT INDUSTRIAL AND MANUFACTURING) WITH AN SMI (SPECIAL MIX USE INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT OVERLAY); REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BE IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA. SECTION 1. That the Zoning Regulations of the City of Blair be amended so as to change the zoning designation of real estate in Washington County, Nebraska from RMH — Multi - Family Residential High Density to A /ML — Agricultural /Industrial and Manufacturing with an SMI — Special Mix Use Industrial District overlay. See map marked Exhibit "A" attached thereto and duly included herein by reference. SECTION 2. Be if further ordained by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair that the official zoning maps of the City of Blair should be changed to reflect the zoning as established hereby. SECTION 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and following the passage and publication hereof as required by law. Passed and approved this 28th day of October, 2014.
