WASHINGTON COUNTY BANK, Grantor, as fee owner of Lot Eleven (11) in Block
Forty — seven (47) in the City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska, and for valuable
consideration, hereby covenants to Gregory P. Drew, Grantee, and his successors in ownership
of Lot Twelve (12) in Block Forty — seven (47) in the City of Blair, Washington County,
Nebraska that the following restrictive covenant shall apply to the property described below:
West ten (10) feet of Lot Eleven (11) in Block Forty — seven (47) in the
City of Blair, Washington County, Nebraska (the "Property ").
No permanent building or similar structure shall be located on the Property. The foregoing shall
not be deemed to prohibit temporary structures, landscaping or similar improvements on the
