Re-roofing house and garage with asphalt. Wood siding on garage also.
Dear Mr. Green,
This is in regard to the letter I received from you. I did call up to the City office when
my house and garage roofs were completed. (Done on 5/28/14 and I called in on 5/30/14)
.1 was told to wait and call in when the siding on the garage was done and the fence fixed.
Your office would only send out an inspector one time. I am usually home, so I am
wondering when the inspector was here?
I am enclosing the checkoff sheet you requested. Do you have a different form I will
need to use when the siding gets finished?
