COUNTY OF WASHINGTON
The City of Blair hereby releases the "Easement" filed on the real estate recorded in Book 199,
Pages 505-507 on January 15, 1992. The release is legally described as:
Lot 5, Block 6, Second Addition, Blair City, Washington County, Nebraska
The City of Blair hereby authorizes the Washington County Register of Deeds Office to release
the "Easement" on said real estate. Easement for fence is no longer needed due to vacation of 10'
of city right of way.
