RE: Swimming Pool Nuisance Violation at 1080 N 25th Ave

Dear Property Owner:
It has come to the city's attention that a swimming pool exists on the property indicated above
that may be in violation of City of Blair nuisance regulations.
A compliance pool inspection has been scheduled for 6/25/2014 at 2:00 p.m. If you desire to
have someone present for the inspection, but cannot attend during the time indicated, please
call Blair City Hall immediately to schedule an alternate time.
Following the compliance pool inspection, a Compliance Notice will be sent to you, describing
what kind of additional safety features must be installed in order to continue using the pool. You
will have seven (7) days to either comply with the Notice or contact Blair City Hall to agree to
permanently install the required safety features within thirty (30) days.
Be advised that some required safety features may require a building permit, which may be
obtained at Blair City Hall, 218 S 16th St., Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
