RE: City right of way obstruction along the north side of property line near alley
entrance on Lots 28 -30, Block 19, Blair City, Washington County, Nebraska
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Kephart,
It has been brought to our attention that a rock has been placed. along your north property
line near the entrance into the city alley and causing an obstruction of city right of way.
The City of Blair Municipal Code, Section 8 -105 Municipal Property and Right of Way;
Obstructions states that it is unlawful for any person to place any obstruction on any
sidewalks, alleys, streets or any other public property or public right of way. Therefore,
please remove or relocate the larger rock closest to the alley right of way as indicated in
the attached picture.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and request that you resolve this issue by
