Beginning at the southwest corner of West 8 feet of Lot 5, all of Lot 6 and part of vacated street
Block 70, Blair, Washington County, Nebraska; thence westerly to a point that is 12.5 feet west
of said southwest corner of said Lot 5, this point also 27.5 feet east of the centerline of 12 Street
an officially platted and dedicated public street in Blair, Nebraska; thence northerly along a line
that is parallel to the center line of said 12 Street to a point that is located on the south side of the
existing driveway for the property, this point being 27.5 feet east of the centerline of said 12
Street; thence easterly to the west property line of said Lot 5.
