It is understood and agreed by both parties that the consideration for the temporary easement herein granted shall be fltom January of 2014 thru December 2014, It is understood and agreed that the purpose of the temporary easemont is to crush concrete and asphalt pavement for use in construction for Nebraska Depa�ent of Roads project STPD- 133- 3(102 ), N -133, It is understood. that Hawkins Construction Company agrees to perform under the following conditions: 1. Clear and stockpile trees on approximately three acres of said property to allow suitable access to perform crushing operations, Owner agrees to sign a site release terminating this agreement at the completion of Hawkins' operations, 2. Cleanup and remove material generated from crushing operations, 3.
