During a current investigation, I was able to determine that there are 8 adults and at least 3 kids between the ages of 2 j
and 5 living at a residence located at 1403 Front Street in Blair. The property is owned by persons who live in California.
I have not contacted them about this information. John and Shelly Timm are the current renters of the house. The
other 6 adults and children are living in the basement, and other bedrooms within the residence. They are paying the
Timm's rent to live there. I determined that the property is zoned as CCB. I'm not sure if that many adults are allowed
to live in a house that hasn't been designated as an apartment building, duplex, etc. I would appreciate it if you could
