Dear permit holder,
This letter is to inform you that the above referenced permit has expired as of the Expiration
Date shown above. A previous notice, informing you that the permit would expire, was sent
to you on the Date of Previous Notice shown above. No further work can legally be done on
this project without renewingthe permit.
Please contact our office immediately to renew this permit for an additional one (1) year
period, or to notify us that you will no longer be continuing this project. Renewal fees range
from $150 - $400, depending upon the original valuation of the project. A maximum of two
(2) renewals can be purchased.

If you will no longer be continuing this project, a final inspection must be scheduled to
ensure that the structure meets the minimum standards required by the Property Maintenance
Code.
