E3862 t s � 3 �'� EASEMENT This Agreement made this I" da of July, 2010 by and between the City of Blair, Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" and Llo A. & Mary L. Dannen, a married couple, hereinafter referred to as "Grantee". In consideration of One Dollar and other mutual covenants contained herein the Grantor does hereb g rant to the Grantee a right of way easement on the following described real estate: A rectangular area fifteen (15) feet wide contiguous to the west property line of Lot 5, Larsens 0' Addition, Cit of Blair, beginning three (3) feet north of the southern property line and running a distance of sixt (63) feet. Total area of the easement is 945 square feet. This easement is for the sole purpose of paving or hard surfacing municipal right of way to provide vehicular parking. No modifications of such parking area shall be made without specific authorization in writing from the Grantor consenting to such modifications. This easement may not be assigned by is and the rights under this easement shall not run with the land but shall terminate upon conveyance of the property adjacent to such right of way which is owned by the Grantee.
