NOTICE
The Mayor and City Council of the City of Blair, Nebraska,
at their regular meeting on July 13, 1993, passed and approved an
Ordinance providing for an exchange of real estate as follows:
The City of Blair agrees to deed and convey, free and clear
of all encumbrances, to Jane Ann Hunt and Richard Alan Hunt Tax
Lot 160 in Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 12 East of the 6th
P.M., Washington County, Nebraska, containing 3.47 acres, more or
less; and,
Jane Ann Hunt and Richard Alan Hunt agree to deed and con-
vey, free and clear of all. encumbrances, to the City of Blair,
Nebraska, a Municipal Corporation, part of Tax 225 lying in the
SWI/4 SWI/4 of Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 12 East of the
6th P.M., Washington County, Nebraska, and more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of Tax
Lot 225 in said Section 7, Township 18 North, Range 12 East;
thence N 90 degrees 00 minutes E (assumed bearing) along the
north line of said Tax Lot 225 a distance of 328.62 feet to the
southeast corner of Tax Lot 232 in said Section 7; thence S 00

The real estate is being exchanged pursuant to the terms and
conditions of an agreement between the City of Blair, Nebraska, a
Municipal Corporation, and Jane Ann Hunt and Richard Alan Hunt.
The specific terms and conditions of the agreement are available
for public inspection at the office of the City Clerk of the City
of Blair, Nebraska, during regular business hours.
