Ryan and his wife. This is an area in the extreme Southwest corner of the park which has been under a lease to R.J. Ryan for the last few years. He is interested in not only in enlarging the size of his lot, but also in erecting a fence around this area. It it is my understanding that this area of the park has never been used by any of the baseball facilities of as a parking area or for any other purpose. Although there is a written agreement between the City of Blair, and the American Legion Post that this area belongs to the American Legion Post and can be conveyed by them, it is my opinion in order to convey clear title Mr. & Mrs. Ryan there should be a deed from both Hain -Flynn Post, No. 154 of the American Legion and the City of Blair.
