The following proposal is for section MASONRY work plans numbered through
and specifications dated NONE as prepared by N/A
We include labor, materials and equipment complete for the following:
Scope of work includes removal and replacement of damaged concrete block ((MU) to restore the building with
full heikht vertically reinforced cells at 32" o,c, at the east wall and a top of wall ('TOW) bond course, rebuild tivo
solid grouted pilasters with vertical rods doweled into the existing slab and miscellaneous tuckpoint as follows:
Standard weight gray CMU without integral water repellent (IWR) and gray mortar without water repellent admixture (VIRA),
grouted cells at reinforcement spacing per above, hot dip galvanized (HDG) ladder wire, 1/5 rebar set in CMU walls,
tuckpoint up to 100 LF of cracked joints attributed to the storm damage, rub down CMU, and final clean up.
Provided by others:
Ingress, egress, water, power, lighting, and DUMPSTERS Seasonal winter protection and heat.
Materials furnished by others, installed by us: NONE.
Not included:

Unless stated above: air/vapor/water barrier, angles, backer rod, backfill, bond, caulking /sealant, CMU patch at mechanical & electrical openings, damp -
proofing, demolition, dovetail anchors & slots, drill & epoxy dowels, exterior sheathing, firecaulking /safing, footings, haul away dirt or r ubble insulation,
metal flashing, parging, permits, reglets, shoring, special inspections, TOW clip angles, waterproofing, welding.
All of the above work under the Base Bid to be completed in a substantial and workmanlike manner for the sum of

Option 4 Full height verticals per Larson Engineering "Summary of Findings" and tuckpointing. Add $22,833
This quotation is based on the following:
1. Commencing work and completion by
Work after this date will be subject to additional costs.
2. Invoices on labor and materials become due on the last day of the month. They are payable by the 20th of the following month.
The entire amount of the contract is due and payable 30 days after substantial completion. The legal allowable rate of interest
will be charged on accounts past due.
3. Any alterations or deviations from the above plan or specification will become an extra charge over the sum in this contract.
4. The contractor agrees to carry workmen's compensation and public liability insurance, and to pay all applicable sales tax, state and
federal employment taxes, and FICA. The owner or his representative will carry and pay for builders risk insurance to cover
materials on the job site of completed construction.
