Re: Child Care Facility Building Permit
Dear Ms. Wheeler:
This is a. follow -up to our telephone conversation with regard to the development of a
child care facility. As I indicated to you, we have an interest in examining the building plans that
may be submitted with regard to the construction of the child care facility prior to approval by
the City of Blair. Our interest is to make sure .that the proposed plan does not violate the
intellectual property tights of the architect, Mike Rindone, and my client, Cheryl Dubas.
We ,would appreciate it greatly if you would contact me if and when such building plans
are submitted so that we may review the same. Your assistance with regard to this matter is
