Box 238 Blair, NE 68008 Dear Emily, This is your permission to block off Lincoln Street from 15th Street to east of the fire station on Saturday, September 28 from 10:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. for your NEST Fest event. Please contact Lowell Kubie at (402) 426-3869 with the Street Department prior to your event to make arrangements for barricades. If the Street Department is not able to provide these barricades at this time, you may need to contact a barricade company for any barricades you will require in the blocking off of this street. One of the ways NEST (Nebraska Educational Savings Trust) is celebrating College Savings Month is by hosting NEST Fest in three locations in the state of Nebraska which includes Blair on Saturday, September 28, 2013. NEST Fest is a free, fun celebration for families. The festival will feature free food, local entertainment, games, activities and special guests including Nebraska's State Treasurer. This letter is to request permission to block off the street South of Washington County Bank on Lincoln Street (and east of the fire station) from 10:30 am until 2:30 pm during our NEST Fest event. We would also like to request use of the Blair City Park picnic tables on Saturday, September 28 With your permission, we would then make arrangements and coordinate with Lowell Kubie or Pat Long.
