COUNCIL MEMBER ABBOTT INTRODUCED THE FOLLOWING ORDNANCE:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BLAIR, NEBRASKA, ORDERING
CONSTRUCTION IN STORM WATER SEWER DISTRICT NO. 1.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BLAIR, NEBRASKA:
Section 1. That the storm sewer improvements in Storm Water Sewer District
No. 1 as proposed to be constructed in Ordinance No. 2106 be and they are hereby
ordered made and constructed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and take effect from and after its
passage and approval as provided by law.
