Scott,
You applied for and were issued a permit in June 2011 for Timothy Hauder at 1125 Stone Creek Drive here in
Blair. This permit has since expired. We are waiting for you to contact us for a final inspection.
Please note we are still holding a $500.00 deposit which is refundable to you after the final inspection passes. j
You must contact us no later than July 31, 2013 to get this either resolved by calling in for a final or renew the
permit for an additional fee if project is not complete.
If we do not hear from you, we can forfeit your $500.00 deposit and send this to the City Attorney for further
consideration.
