This Easement granted on September f , 2010, by Donald D. Kruse hereinafter
referred to as "Grantor ".
Whereas, Grantor is the owner of the following described real estate, to -wit:
Tax Lot 128 & Tax Lot 208 in Section 12, Township 18, Range 11, City of Blair,
Washington County, Nebraska —1074 Washington Street
Whereas, the Grantor does hereby grant and convey unto the City of Blair, Nebraska
( "Blair ") an easement and license to repair, replace, restore, rehang and install or re-
install a line of decorative lighting near the roof top of the Grantor's building.
Grantee, its agents, employees or representatives shall have the full and free right and
access to the exterior of the Grantor's building, including the roof top to perform the
services and activities contemplated by this Easement.
This Easement and license shall be perpetual in nature and shall run with the land.
